Sing Tong Lee's first business was the "Canton Laundry" at 801 Gilmore Street. According to his autobiography, Sing Tong Lee stared this business in 1925. The building was later changed, in the mid-1940s, to become the "Toy Son Chinese American Restaurant" and the address changed to 1538 W. Lanvale St.
